Who we are
byteclub is a small software studio in Zürich, Switzerland. For anything about your data, write to hello@byteclub.ch.
The short version
No cookies, no analytics, no tracking, no ads. Fonts and images come from this site, not from third parties. We only get data about you if you email us.
Visiting this site
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., USA). To deliver the pages and protect them against attacks, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, the page you asked for, the time and your browser. We don’t keep our own logs or statistics. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US and Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework.
The game
Your best score in the game on the home page is saved in your browser’s local storage. It never leaves your device. You can delete it by clearing this site’s data in your browser.
Writing to us
The contact form and buttons open your own email program; nothing is sent through this site. When you email us, we use your address and message to reply and, if we work together, for the project. Our email runs on Google Workspace (Google Cloud EMEA Ltd., Ireland). Google may process data in the USA and is certified under the Data Privacy Framework. We keep emails as long as we need them for the conversation or a project, and as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask what data we have about you and have it corrected or deleted. Write to hello@byteclub.ch. If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), or in the EU to your local data protection authority.
Changes
If we change how we handle data, we update this page.
